These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and six6s ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the six6s website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://six6s.casa (the "Platform").

By creating an account on six6s, accessing any part of the Platform, placing any bet, participating in any promotion, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and six6s.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the six6s Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other benefit granted to a User by six6s under specific promotional terms.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds by the User into their Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which six6s verifies the identity of Users through submission of valid identity documents (e.g., MyKad, passport).
• "Platform" means the six6s website, mobile interface, and all related services operated at https://six6s.casa.
• "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the six6s Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Account to an external payment method registered in the User's name.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on six6s, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• 3.1 You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
• 3.2 You must be the legal beneficial owner of any payment methods used on the Platform. The name on your payment account must match the name on your six6s Account.
• 3.3 You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• 3.4 You must not be registered or employ any person who is registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion programme.
• 3.5 You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee, director, or consultant of six6s or its affiliated entities.
• 3.6 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

six6s reserves the right to require KYC verification at any point during the lifecycle of your Account, including but not limited to: at time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, when suspicious activity is detected, or upon periodic review as required by internal compliance procedures.

KYC documents accepted include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) may also be required.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of a successful transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment channel. Processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to payment provider availability.

5.3 Wagering Before Withdrawal. If a bonus has been claimed, all applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from the Account is processed. The withdrawal amount is subject to the terms of the active bonus.

5.4 Currency. The Platform operates exclusively in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit. six6s does not assume liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.5 Verification of Payment Methods. six6s may require proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. Where a payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder, the Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification.

six6s may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• 6.1 Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. New player welcome bonuses are restricted to first-time registrants and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• 6.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover"). Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is disclosed on the relevant promotion page.
• 6.3 Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 6.4 six6s reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms will be voided without notice.
• 6.5 Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a lower rate toward, wagering requirement calculations. Contribution percentages are disclosed in individual promotion terms.

All games and betting markets on the six6s Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface or sportsbook market. In the event of any inconsistency between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game or market.

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and others), UFC, badminton, and additional markets — are settled in accordance with the rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time the bet is placed. six6s reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of pricing errors, incorrect data, or system malfunction.

7.2 Live Casino. Decisions made by the live dealer in Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and other live table games are final once the round has been completed, subject to documented technical failure on the Platform's infrastructure.

7.3 Slot Games. All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

7.4 Disputed Outcomes. Any dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement must be raised with Customer Support within 14 calendar days of the relevant event. After this period, all results are deemed final and accepted by the User.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the six6s Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• 8.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle, including misrepresenting age, identity, or ownership of payment methods.
• 8.2 Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through coordinated betting patterns designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting using multiple accounts, matched betting across promotional offers, or any pattern of activity inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• 8.3 Collusion: Cooperating with other Users or third parties in any way that creates an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or live casino environments.
• 8.4 Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with human play.
• 8.5 Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any way connected to illegal activity, including using gambling transactions to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds. six6s complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• 8.6 Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account, or allowing a third party to operate an Account on your behalf.

All content on the six6s Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, databases, trademarks, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of six6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content or software on the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or software constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6s shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from system outages, payment processor failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Decisions made by Users based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game results, or statistical data;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the voiding of bonuses or the closure of duplicate Accounts.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit six6s's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by six6s; or (c) any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

six6s is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we actively provide tools and resources to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend or permanently close your Account if you feel you need a break from gambling.
• Cooling-Off Period: Pause your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer) without full closure.

six6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Identification of a duplicate Account;
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements applicable to six6s.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

six6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version came into effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which six6s is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine attempt to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Unresolved disputes should first be raised with our Customer Support team, following our internal complaints procedure. six6s aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 calendar days.
